Van onze chefs: Pasta met geroosterde tomaten en feta

Ingredients (per person)
Whole wheat pasta 100 grams
Cherry tomatoes 150 grams
Feta 40 grams
Handful fresh basil
Extra virgin Finca Duernas Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Spread the cherry tomatoes (whole) on the oven dish and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast the cherry tomatoes for 20 minutes until completely soft.
While the tomatoes are roasting, boil the pasta, cut the feta into cubes and roughly chop the basil leaves.
When ready mix all together and top with fresh basil
Tip: you can add the cooked pasta and feta to the oven dish and roast for an additional 5-10 minutes to get extra creamy warm pasta.
