Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 40 grams of agave syrup
- 200 grams of almond powder
- 2 pots of applesauce
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla flavouring (optional)
Instructions:
- Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut it to fit your dish if necessary.
- Mix the syrup, applesauce, eggs, almond powder, and vanilla flavouring together.
- Mix well and spread everything in the centre of the pastry.
- Moisten the edges of the pastry then place the second sheet of pastry on top, and brush with egg yolk or vegetable milk.
- Make your design with a knife then bake for 40 minutes at 180°C in the middle of the oven.
