Ingredients:
- 100 grams Pasta (preferably fusilli)
- 10-20 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons Pecorino
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Equipment:
- Baking sheet
- Mixing bowl
Instructions:
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, pecorino, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add a spoonful of oil and mix everything again.
- Spread the mix on top of the tomatoes. Put in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until the top gets crunchy.
- In the meantime, boil the water and put a hand of salt once ready. Then add the pasta and cook it following the time on the package.
- Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- Once the pasta is ready put it in the bowl.
- Once the tomatoes are ready put them in the pasta bowl add the mozzarella, another spoon of oil and then mix everything.
- Serve it.
